Job requirements
1. Responsible for the reception and telephone transfer of the front desk telephone service hotline, do a good job of inquiries, important matters are carefully recorded and communicated to relevant personnel, without delay or omission;
2. Responsible for visiting the customer's reception, basic consultation and introduction, strictly implementing the company's reception service standards, and maintaining good business etiquette;
3. Responsible for cleanliness and seating of the company's front desk or consulting room, keeping it tidy;
4. Staff attendance system maintenance, attendance statistics and outbound staff registration management;
5. Ensure that the required materials at the front desk are adequate;
6. Accept administrative managers to arrange and assist personnel personnel to perform other duties of the administrative department;
7. Conscientiously implement the management rules of the target card and complete the work and tasks assigned by the department;
Qualifications
1. Secretarial, front desk clerk and other related professional secondary school education;
2. More than two years of working experience in the same position;
3. Familiar with office administrative knowledge and work flow, familiar with the official document writing format;
